Unfortunately we never were able to stay at this rental which I purchased in November for a family wedding which was the check in date. The Host send us a message saying it was not available if we can pick another date. So now we had 12 people without a place to stay a few weeks before the wedding due to no availability near the Venue or 40 minutes. Only option was to rent a 12 person van and drive 2 hours there then we had to drive 2 hrs back home arriving home at 2 am. I tried contacting this host along with Vrbo and he never would respond to either one of us. I had to dispute it with my credit card company being it was paid in full and it never got settled until a couple days ago. I had a very bad experience with this host and would not recommend it to anyone. I’m sorry to say. Vrbo was very helpful in this situation. It was all on the host.
